So... How come we never do anything fun? I mean, I guess some of you guys think explosions are fun or whatever -- and they can be! -- but shouldn't there be like, I dunno, a company picnic, or a morale-boosting festival? Let's face it, guys, as a team we don't have the greatest track record of successes.

Alright guys, I've got a question. And I need you to think really hard on it! This is important.

Chocolate. Definitely chocolate.

Alright, alright, solid start.

[She leans in closer to the screen, voice lowering to an almost-grave tone.]

But what kind of chocolate? You've got more than one flavor! And do you know how many things get added into chocolate bars? You could be missing out, if you go with plain ol' chocolate.

Pizza.

There's so many different kinds of pizza, you'd pretty much never be bored.

There's even dessert pizza.

Really, it's sort of a no-brainer if you ask me.

What kind? Well, gosh, I've only ever had one kinda chocolate before!

[You know, the milk kind, because apparently the head demon in Hell really prefers milk chocolate. ...or it could have been dark, honestly. It's not like he's a connoisseur of chocolate or anything.]

Pizza's pretty good, yeah.

[She was still kind of boycotting it, after Ralph being fired was a Thing.]

But say some crazed pizza-maker tells you that you can only choose one kind of pizza. What then? Or, like, what if you get pizza but it's always got all these gross vegetables and stinky fish on them? And you can't pick them off.

Well hey, speak for yourself. I'm one of those weirdos who actually kinda likes vegetables.

And I'm from New England-- I'd probably get disowned if I didn't like fish.

But if I had to choose one kind...

I guess I'd have to pick something with a little of everything. Gotta cover all the food groups, y'know. Wouldn't wanna die of scurvy.

Depends. Do I take into consideration the fact that if I choose a certain food, I'll probably die in a week? Such as miso soup.

No, it's just want you want to have to eat for eternity. In fact, limiting yourself to this one thing is actually keeping you alive longer. It's food magic.

That aside, I am not opposed to a group gathering. It's become easy to lose track of which non-natives are in this organization. I feel like many of us have yet to actually meet one another.

One kind?! You've gotta be kidding me! How do you go on living with yourself knowing that you've only tried one kind of chocolate? Go to the store right now and buy yourself some chocolate.

Oh yeah? Haven't kept up with the science stuff. I've been camping!

Right? Even in training, it's all those weird NPC guys around. Besides, what kinda proper group would we be if we didn't actually show up some place as a group, y'know?

I am not boring! That being ssssaid, something to increase morale would be rather useful. After all, morale is an important element to an organization like thissssss.

[Cobra's aware of this because morale in his own organization's kinda terrible at times. And when it is he somehow manages to accomplish even less than he does normally.]

A fessstival is probably out of the question though. That would draw far too much attention.

Unfortunately, that seems to be a trend. Our humble department isn't as big as it once was. We don't get many visitors either, which is a shame because we have so many toys we would be more than willing to let you all try out.

I like to make network posts every so often to remind everyone of our existence, but a gathering would be just as effective.

[There's a slight pause on his end as he thinks about Vanellope's comment.]

You know, I can't recall the last time we actually did appear somewhere as a group. There are missions every now and then where we group up, but we've never all been in one spot together in the time I've been here.

I'll choose konpeito, then! Of course, I'll miss tuna, rice, veggies, soy sauce... but the taste and the effort that goes into those sweets are fine enough for me to enjoy them for the rest of my life. While other staples might go stale in flavor after too long, konpeito never will.

[And, if Vanellope thought Saionji was civil for a moment-] Of course, I also can't expect a Western girl like you to know the intricacies of a delicacy like konpeito.

Well, realistically speaking, it would have to be something that would essentially fulfill all dietary requirements...

Well, that's an easy one! Chocolate ice cream, with whipped cream and hot fudge on top!

...Though, I guess that might be a little hard to have during the winter...but I guess that's what the hot fudge is for!

Stew! You can make it a different way every time, plus it fills you up so you aren't hungry five minutes later.

Then you can focus on the important stuff.

Oh yeah, that's true! ...Wait, how much of a secret is all of this Team Rocket stuff even supposed to be? We're, like... high profile and low profile at the same time.

Spinach quiche, that's my favourite. Especially when it's made by my darling wife!

And a picnic sounds like a great idea! We could get to know each other better and build teamwork.
