Met through a Fateful Encounter in Goldenrod City on 3/2/14 @ level 5. Known more affectionately as 'Boogie', which is fitting as this Crobat likes to think herself quite the dancer. Boogie was first named when Vanellope wasn't in the greatest of moods, but as the bat doesn't really know any better, she's actually pretty fond of her name and refused to respond to anything else when Vanellope tried to rename her, save the current nickname. Boogie likes to be as helpful as possible to appease her adorable trainer, which means she's frequently found flapping around Vanellope's head like a halo. Like Vanellope, she remembers the racer's last time in Johto, and was eager to prove her affection all over again. Most likely due to being familiar to her, being something stuck in Vanellope's hair, peppermint candies are her favorite.

Met at Tohjo Falls on 4/5/14 @ level 21. When Debbie was first encountered, she was in grave danger of being known as "Diaper Baby" for the rest of her life, thanks to that egg shell. Luckily for her, Vanellope got distracted by Booger Bat and was reminded about how bad she felt when she'd first named her. Coaxed with orange peels (yep, she just likes the peels), Deb somewhat grudgingly joined the team. It wasn't until she discovered that Vanellope was a part of Team Rocket -- her apparent heroes -- that she actually paid closer attention to the other pokemon around her. Now she listens to Vanellope with barely a complaint as long as she gets to keep snuggling up against the uniform late at night, dreaming of the day she can blow up Olivine's lighthouse like all the cool kids.

Met through a Fateful Encounter in Goldenrod City on 3/2/14 @ level 15. Diet Cola was Vanellope's new Rocket starter when she made her return, though he wasn't any more on her side than her last microchipped starter was. The only thing that can distract him from completing his job is if hunger strikes his stomach -- and only his stomach. Should Vanellope or Booger pipe up as well, the miniature volcano will stubbornly dig his feet in and soldier on. Though Vanellope couldn't find a reason for the behavior, Diet Cola started slowing down his training after he passed level 25. Eventually, knowing he needed to be stronger for the good of Team Rocket, Diet Cola bit the bullet and evolved despite his own wishes. Since doing so, he has become even grumpier and almost always refuses to listen to Vanellope. His favorite food is pizza.

Met when an egg from the Breeding Centre hatched in Goldenrod City on 3/15/14 @ level 1. Despite Vanellope planning to raise her like a loyal pet friend, when she informed Gogurt that she was going to be a racer the baby Sentret started acting...a bit oddly. She hums like a motorbike and when she waits in place, she has a noticeable tremble. Not quite a speedster yet, Gogurt is always impatient to get going and so she races on ahead for maximum practice. Unfortunately, since she then gets bored waiting for everyone else, she must nyoom back and forth, back and forth, until finally the gang is all there. She's been threatened skinning by kitchen staffs more than once due to her penchant for causing a commotion on her quest for corn chips. Gogurt associates people with different sounds, and will often use them to communicate. Her ability to mimic a wide arrange of noises is enviable.

Met on Route 35 on 4/15/14 @ level 18. Kitkat was extremely grateful when Vanellope and Ralph came along on their road trip, since the effects of her Cute Charm ability weren't exactly ideal. She's not exactly the paragon of social competence, and so the near-daily confessions of love were really starting to get to her. Diet Cola, frustrated as usual, knocked out a proposing Drifloon and would have done the same to her, had he not become infatuated as well. Vanellope, thinking, "why not? Already caught someone else's girlfriend," chucked a ball at the round, pink thing and inadvertently rescued her. Though she doesn't like to make it widely known in case it's used to gain her affection, Kitkat's big on buttered popcorn.

Met at Moomoo Farm on 7/18/14 @ level 10. Though it was more money than she'd hoped to spend, Vanellope fell in love at first sight with this little pony. Split, as she's often called for short, was just as eager to get a new trainer, but even as gentle as she is, her excitable nature is something to contend with. When purchased, The Lickkity Split II nearly took off without Vanellope! This makes training somewhat difficult, but the pair are determined to work together to become the fastest little team imaginable. For some disgusting reason, her favorite food is a salad, topped liberally with tomatoes and ranch dressing. Also goes by Dos, Part Deux, and Lickster.

Met in Goldenrod City on 3/22/14 @ level 11. Madam Milkshake, or MM (vocalized as 'Double M'), was discovered when Vanellope decided to find out where the heck her Buizel would run off to when she left him on his own. To Vanellope's surprise, the pair weren't too happy with their date being interrupted and so as an apology, she invited MM to join the team. MM showed some hesitance, but when she considered Sir Smoothie moving away when it was time to travel she bolstered her resolve. She would indeed put up with the riffraff if it meant being with the one she loves. MM doesn't exactly approve of the Team Rocket ordeal, but it doesn't stop her from accepting jewelry that Smoothie has snatched for her or from eating various berries in the base's kitchen.

Met on Route 43 on 6/14/14 @ level 21. Pixy Stix actually followed Vanellope for a few hours before being noticed, and fled every time she looked his way after that. After some encouragement from Gogurt, who mimicked his voice, Pixy Stix finally edged his way over to the group's camping site. Eight marshmallows later, he was sold, and allowed himself to be captured in the morning. Still, he prefers staying in his pokeball where it's safe than going out on adventures, so Vanellope rarely has him battling.

Met on Route 34 on 3/13/14 @ level 17. Sir Smoothie came to Vanellope's rescue when she was having a particularly difficult time keeping control of Diet Cola. After the battle, he pledged himself to her much like a knight would and escorted her back home. Smoothie isn't entirely honorable, however, as he took to the Rocket lifestyle with relative ease. He's deeply committed to Madam Milkshake, who is the only one he would prioritize over his trainer, and will steal various knickknacks for her when his duties are done. Vanellope tends to reward his efforts with ice cream.

Met in Olivine City on 7/30/14 @ level 22. SHAPEDONADO. Vanellope felt bad about the shark being washed up during Hurricane Bloober, and took him in with little complaint. Though Snacker likes to act like your typical tough guy, he's fond of just lazing about and listening to stories. He's fascinated by the world Vanellope comes from, despite him preferring mashed potatoes to sweets, and hopes to one day be able to visit it with her. When given the opportunity to return to the sea, Snacker declined, giving his reason as "someone needs to look out for you, kid." Not that Vanellope understood that. He was named for the shark in Banjo Kazooie.

Met when an egg from the Breeding Centre hatched in Goldenrod City on 3/19/14 @ level 1. While she had a Water pokemon to help her when Diet Cola acted up, Vanellope couldn't resist getting herself a Squirtle egg when she saw what it could turn into. Every child needs a cannon turtle! Squirt was named both for his diminutive size and for the love of citrus-flavored soda he apparently has, as he was found swimming in a punch bowl of it shortly after he hatched. Though he frequently acts childish, Squirt doesn't take kindly to being babied, throwing miniature tantrums and refusing to acknowledge the offending party.

Met when an egg from the Breeding Centre hatched in Goldenrod City on 3/19/14 @ level 1. Taffy was an impulse buy, though Vanellope has yet to regret it. The slow pace and blank expression was endearing to the racer, and though she named the Slowpoke after her bully, Taffyta, she bears the pokemon no ill will. Vanellope will often spend her time setting Taffy on one side of the room and a block of habanero cheese on the other, watching the determined Slowpoke make her way towards her favorite treat. Taffy isn't fond of being inside a pokeball, and so she was bought a wagon to be wheeled around in when they go out and about. Her tongue hangs out like a dog, on these trips, as she lets the wind whirl past her at the unprecedented speed of three miles an hour.

Met when an egg from Chihiro Fujisaki hatched at the Lake of Rage on 6/20/14 @ level 1. From her first moment in the world, Trash Baby was covered in mud. The Lake of Rage was great fun, with its swampy ground and Magikarp to tease, but it didn't make for a very clean kitten, nor did her resistance to being bathed. As that's the case, Tibs (as she's called more often in public) takes pride in being the messiest, smelliest member on Vanellope's team. To top it all off, she has a penchant for dumpster diving, and prefers stale pizza to anything else. Trash Baby is extra affectionate towards Kitkat, likely because of the similarity in their ears, but she's also one of the only pokemon Vanellope has that tries to get closer to Diet Cola. Perhaps they could bond over pizza...
